All clients within the Macmillan netblock will be moved to new servers at this time, for eventual migration to the control panel system.
Former clients utilizing the control panel system that have not established an account to date will not be moved. If you have not yet established an account with us, contact Sales manager to prevent the loss of your data. All Macmillan clients will be moved and account validation will be perfomed after migration.
At this time no DNS settings need to be changed, but advance notice of any required modifications in the near future will be emailed to all clients and a grace period will be implemented to avoid any downtime.
UPDATE: All Macmillan clients have been moved to new servers. DNS records have been changed and no user intervention is required. If you are experiencing any difficulties and have confirmed your site should have been moved in this process, email our support manager.
UPDATE: All Macmillan servers have been upgraded to new control panel system. Former clients will be moved to new servers over the weekend. Data from the virtual server will be moved with other Macmillan clients, but restoration to a physical hardware node may cause delays. |
